From a young age, I have been deeply drawn to assist others, experiencing early connections with spirits, angels, and guides. Life's challenges, including a difficult divorce, temporarily obscured this spiritual calling. However, it was through these trials that I embarked on a transformative journey of healing and rediscovery. I rekindled my innate desire to help others and honed my intuitive abilities through practices such as Reiki and dedicated self-love rituals.
Over the past five years, I have not only achieved Usui Reiki Master certification but have also pioneered my own Reiki training programs that empower clients to attain certification and cultivate their own unique style of energy healing.
My exploration of holistic wellness began with a deep dive into astrology and human design, leading me to the magical world of plant medicine. It was here that I met and began collaborating with Chrys Kyng, a partnership that has significantly influenced my practice and expanded my capabilities.
My path has taught me to value my unique gifts of clairvoyance, clairsentience, and claircognizance which has allowed me to download and create a specialized service developed for pre-teens which supports young individuals during a pivotal stage of their growth.

Growing up an empath, I battled with depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, migraines, and anorexia which trapped me in a cycle of over-medication and unresolved trauma and like many starseeds, I felt disconnected from the world and myself.
In July 2020, I followed a seemingly random urge and moved to Atlanta after graduating college and shortly after my arrival I began attending astrology classes at a metaphysical center and Chrys was the teacher. Little did I know that I had just met my future mentor.
One day, Chrys announced to our class that he hosted plant medicine retreats and I IMMEDIATELY knew I had to attend.
After 3 more retreats, I retrained my nervous system, broke down my emotional walls, healed my depression and PTSD and in October 2022, I started my facilitator training with Chrys and my soul mission became fully activated.
Since then, I have assisted in over 50 ceremonies, 17 retreats (both group and private), became a reiki healer and angelic channel even taking my experience with marketing and online sales to become Chrys' assistant and media manager.
This work is a career, a calling and a soul mission. I’ve witnessed transformative changes not only in myself but in so many others, reaffirming my belief in our work and the profound impact of plant medicine and this container we have worked so passionately to perfect.
I’m living proof that the connection to plant spirits, guided mentorship and healing can revive a soul and now I'm here to support you in doing the same.
