Over the years I explored many medicine paths but someone forgot to tell me about microdosing. When I discovered that I could use small, sub-perceptual doses of these incredible medicines at home over time, I was skeptical.
But I quickly discovered that microdosing worked on a completely different level than the ceremonial experiences I was used to and I was able to rewire my brain in ways I never thought were possible as my psychic abilities increased, my heart walls dissolved and my neurodivergent struggles lessened tremendously.
And yes, the medicines are amazing... but I got most of my results from my microdosing experience through integration sessions where I discovered that the true magic is not in the medicine itself, it was my ability to take those insights and apply it to my every day life. Which is why I do not offer medicine work in any form without integration.
